Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and 30bet.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 30bet platform and all of its services. By browsing the 30bet website, opening an account, or using any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
30bet is an online betting and casino entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh. We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience. Through SSL encryption and fair play principles, we keep your information and transactions secure.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
When registering with 30bet, you must provide your correct name, a valid email address, a correct mobile number, and your correct date of birth. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
30bet may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 30bet immediately. Sharing your account with a third party or allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. 30bet also reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.
4. Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposit
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to make deposits on 30bet. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party payments are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency
All transactions on 30bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
4.4 Suspicious Transactions
30bet reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the account and funds may be temporarily frozen.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering count is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
- Another bonus cannot be added while one is already active.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is complete.
- 30bet reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same device is not permitted.
- If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed and all funds may be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
30bet's VIP program has 5 levels. It is possible to advance to higher levels through active play. The benefits of each level are listed below:

6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
By placing a bet on 30bet, you acknowledge that betting is an entertainment activity and that there is no guarantee of winning. Once a bet is settled it is considered final and cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, disconnection, or other technical issue, 30bet will make a decision based on the recorded data. If an impossible or incorrect odds value is displayed due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void.
6.3 Misconduct & Cheating
Cheating, use of software assistance, collusion, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
- Attempting to profit by placing bets on both sides of the same event (arbitrage) is not permitted.
- Placing bets using bots or automated software is prohibited.
- Attempting to gain an advantage through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
6.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting
If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the betting rules. For live betting, a bet cannot be changed after it has been accepted.
7. Responsible Gaming
